Adding Image Backgrounds to Survey Questions

Some surveys need to show images as a direct objective of the research. e.g. getting reaction to a logo or advert. But in a wider context, the use of images can assist in the understanding of a subject or question, or can enrich the experience of the survey participant. In addition to inserting images in a rich text question, we have added a new feature that allows us to add an image background to choice questions.
