SurveyGoo was asked by Arkivum to evaluate how information around clinical trials are undertaken and the extent to which digital platforms are used for compliance and archiving and clinical information. The challenge of this study was to achieve survey completes online with a difficult to reach, specialist audience.
The study required reaching specialist job functions within Pharmacuetical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Contract Research and manufacturing in UK, Europe and USA. A particular challenge was reaching these specialist sectors, which was achieved by working with a range of panel partners.
The survey generated important insight to help Arikivum better understand the needs of organisations needing digital archiving in the Pharmaceutial sector. The data was also used to raise the profile of Arkivum in the sector.
