SurveyGoo was asked by Pro Bono Economics (PBE) to establish a tracking survey to measure the financial and operational impact of Covid-19 on the UK Charity sector. The survey was hosted on PBE's website and promoted among charities to gain widespread coverage through the Civil partnership. The study was designed to gather data about the Charity sector but was also used to raise awareness through a related campaign. The study was conducted over 7 waves.
The study included a set of core metrics to be tracked over the duration of the study, but also featured additional questions each wave to probe or introduce new topics.
The survey generated important insight to assist the Charity sector during the pandemic and included high profile media coverage in the UK press.
