Is GooPoll free?

Yes, GooPoll is free to join. There are no charges for claiming Gift rewards, such as GiftPay and Amazon (where offered) but a small administration charge is deducted from GooPoll points to cover the costs of PayPal (5%) and BACS (2%).

Do I need a PayPal account?

If you want to take your rewards as cash, you will need a Pay Pal account. In the UK, we can offer cash transfers to your bank account.

What Gift Vouchers are offered?

In the UK we offer GiftPay and Amazon vouchers. We also offer Gift Pay vouchers in USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and India. In Phlippines, Malaysia, South Africa and Indonesia, rewards are only available via PayPal.

How do I get surveys?

Survey invites are sent by email. But we recommend you regularly login to the GooPoll website, or the app to see the latest surveys, including partner surveys published on the survey wall.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, you can manage your account and take surveys via the GooPoll mobile app (on the app store and Google play).

How is the survey set up?

Quick Polls are set up and hosted on our GooPoll panel and survey platform. Send your final questions to us in a word or txt document. Our hosting team will set up the survey. Once ready, a test link will be sent to review and provide any feedback. Once the survey link is approved, it will be set live.

Can I access my account online instead of the app?

It’s up to you. If you prefer to manage your account via the website, GooPoll.com, you can. But you can also download the app to your phone and use this as well.

How do I check my rewards?

Your current points balance is shown in your account, and can be accessed via Goopoll.com or the app.

How do I claim my rewards?

Login to your account. If you have sufficient Goopoints, you can claim cash or other rewards. Simply send a rewards redemption request and your rewards will be paid, according to the stated timescales. You will be notified by email when the rewards have been paid, and you can check the payment status any time by checking your account.

How long does it take to recieve my rewards?

This depends on the reward type. Pay Pal (14 days), Amazon gift vouchers (7 days), GiftPay voucher (7 days).
