Is the price fixed?

Yes, if your survey is within the question specifications agreed. We will review your draft questions and confirm which Bespoke Poll is appropriate, and fix the price. If the scope changes (e.g. additional questions or sample focus changes) we would advice on additional costs or if a different poll type is needed.

How is the survey set up?

Bespoke Polls are set up and hosted on our survey platform. Send your final questions to us in a word or txt document. Our hosting team will set up the survey. Once ready, a test link will be sent to review and provide any feedback. Once the survey link is approved, it will be set live.

What quality assurance certifications do you have?

How is a Bespoke Poll different from Quick Polls?

Quick Polls are great for reaching standardised UK audiences.

If you need to reach specific targeted audiences, have a more complex survey or need customised demographics and reporting, Bespoke surveys an affordable but more individualised alternative to our Omnibus Quick Polls.

Is there a Minimum and Maximum number of questions?

Our lowest price band is 1-3 questions. You can run just one question and up to three questions in this price band. Bespoke Standard and Premium Polls include rate card rates of up to 40 questions, which meets the requirements of most surveys. We can also quote for surveys of more than 40 questions, as required.

Will you review and suggest improvements of survey questions?

Bespoke polls assume a draft survey will be provided. We offer impartial advice on your survey, including the most cost effective audience sampling and review of draft questions for sense and spell checking under Lite and Standard polls. For Premium polls we include a wider Question Review which would include suggetions for question improvements where necessary. Questionnaire Design services can be added for an additional fee.

Why should I use SurveyGoo instead of a free or other subscription survey tool?

Apart from saving you time, our team are experienced in online survey design, and will reduce the chances of making mistakes that individuals less familiar with setting up surveys can make. Our own polling platform was designed to streamline survey design, data collection and fast reporting of data. There are also options to get help with reporting outputs, saving you time to pick out the key themes and stories in the data.

How long does it take to get my results back?

Most general population bespoke polls take around 3-4 days from approval of the online survey, depending on complexity and reporting needs. More niche targeted consumer and business audiences may take additonal time to gather required responses. Multi country surveys take longer to set up (allowing for translations) and potentially more time in field, depending on the number of countries included.

Do you offer Bespoke Polls for international samples?

Yes. We can run single and multi country international surveys. We manage the process of translations, multi country samples and reporting. Please enquire if you have a multi country survey request.
